NATHAN WALKER

Nathan is the founder and president of Walker Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in project management, design integration, and quality assurance services for capital improvement programs. With a background in petroleum engineering and a track record of success leading complex projects—particularly in aviation—Nathan is known for his ability to bring teams together, solve problems creatively, and deliver results in high-stakes environments.

He began his career in the oil and gas industry as an engineer with Halliburton, overseeing fracking operations for various clients before transitioning into infrastructure development. Since 2019, Nathan has been deeply involved at Denver International Airport, managing projects on the Great Hall Program in support of DEN Special Projects. He founded Walker Solutions with the goal of creating opportunities—for clients, communities, and the next generation of industry talent—while delivering work that’s rooted in integrity, excellence, and long-term impact.

A collaborative leader and lifelong learner, Nathan is passionate about mentorship, professional development, and community growth. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, meaningful conversations, and staying active—always pushing forward with curiosity and purpose.
